1. *Custom Orders* - All orders are custom-made based on the design, size, and specifications provided by the customer. - Once an order has been finalized, no changes or cancellations can be made.

 
2. *Design Approval* - Customers are responsible for providing accurate artwork and approving the final design proofs before production. - We are not liable for any errors in the design after customer approval, including misspellings, incorrect dimensions, or color variations.

 
3. *Production Times* - Production times vary based on order volume and complexity. Estimated production timelines will be provided when you place your order. - We strive to meet deadlines, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you promptly if any delays arise.

 
4. *No Returns or Exchanges* - Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part. - If there is a defect or issue, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the product(s) to resolve the matter.

 
5. *Care Instructions* - To ensure the longevity of your custom apparel, follow the care instructions provided with your order. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper care.

 
6. *Payment Terms* - Full payment is required at the time of order placement unless otherwise agreed upon. 

7. *Intellectual Property* - Customers must own or have the rights to any designs, logos, or trademarks provided for customization. - [Your Business Name] reserves the right to refuse any orders that violate copyright laws or are deemed inappropriate.

8. *Liability* - InfinitTy Designs & Prints is NOT responsible for minor variations in color, size, placement of designs due to the production process. We are NOT liable for any delays caused by shipping carriers or any other external factors beyond our control.

9. *Shipping and Delivery* - Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. - Any shipping delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses or issues with the carrier are not the responsibility of Infinity Designs & Prints.

10. *Changes to Terms* - Infinity Designs & Prints reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. - It is the customer’s responsibility to review the latest version of our terms prior to placing an order.
