Due to the personalized nature of our custom apparel, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been completed. Every item is specifically designed and crafted based on your chosen specifications, including size, color, and design, ensuring a unique product tailored just for you. Every customer will receive a mock-up prior to printing your design(s). Please carefully review your design before finalizing your purchase. If there are any concerns or issues with your order, such as manufacturing defects or errors on our part, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item(s), and we will work to resolve the matter promptly.
